Medical Teams
The financial burden of medicine significantly affects healthcare access for the poor, with about 1.5 million people in Honduras lacking access to health services. Point Honduras offers licensed medical professionals the opportunity to serve in our Point clinics, in dental brigades and on pediatric surgical brigades in local public hospitals.
Construction Teams
Many of the Point families live in substandard housing. Through the work of short-term mission teams, or churches and businesses willing to donate a house, we can help families build a safe and dignified home.
Leadership Training Teams
Point Honduras has two growing churches and the desire to plant churches in each Point location.
Each year we host conferences to train pastors as well as church, community and university leaders.
We believe that every person has been given unique gifts to serve others and bring glory to the Kingdom of God. Short-term teams bring encouragement, support, and equip our local community.
